Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Due to Coronavirus (COVID-19), this property is taking steps to help protect the safety of guests and staff. Certain services and amenities may be reduced or unavailable as a result. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of EUR 350 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Guests coming by car must use the residence's car park. Please note that towels are not provided and towel rental is available at the property. Please note that the reception is open from 09:00 to 12:00 and from 17:00 to 19:00, except all day on Wednesday and on Sunday afternoons outside of French school holidays. If you expect to arrive outside reception opening hours, please inform the property in advance. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation. Bed linen is included but not kitchen linen. For a change of bed linen, a EUR 10 per person per change applies. Bathroom linen is not included but can rented on site at a EUR 10 extra charge per person per change. Upon request and subject to availability, high chairs and hairdryers are available. Please note that guests have access to free WiFi in the communal areas. For guests wishing to access WiFi from their apartment, an additional EUR 16 per week charge applies. Please note that TV is not included in the price. It can be rented for EUR 42 per week or EUR 8 per day. Laundry, final cleaning and daily house-keeping can be requested at an extra cost. Please note that the city tax has to be paid on site. Compulsory paying parking at 40 € per week. Preferential rates on ski passes and ski equipment are possible upon prior request, at least 5 days before the check-in date
