When arriving in Les Menuires you will need to visit the residences reception within the times listed below to collect your keys before making your way to your apartment.

Opening Hours: 8 a.m.-12 p.m. / 4:30 p.m.-8 p.m. (closed Wednesday morning) and Saturday: 8 a.m.-12 p.m. / 2 p.m.-8 p.m.

Arrivals outside of the above times must be confirmed in advance with the accommodation provider. The keys will be placed in a safe-deposit box/envelope outside the office. Instructions will be provided in MyBooking before you travel.
This property requires a damage deposit of EUR300 to be paid by credit card (Visa/Mastercard) on arrival.
If you are due to arrive outside of the times above, the damage deposit will need to be paid to the keyholder before you travel.
The keys will need to be returned to the collection point within the times stated below.

If you are due to leave the resort before the office opens, you will be able to leave the keys in a safe-deposit box outside the office.
If you arrive by coach transfer, there is a funicular by the bus station which takes you to your accommodation. You will go to the lifts on the right hand side of the building. Take the lift up to the 3rd floor and go through the shopping centre. Once you exit the shopping centre, turn left and you will see the funicular. This is open 24/7 and you can also use this to get back down to the bus station.
