Please note that Zermatt is a car-free village. Guests can park their car in Täsch (garage parking) and continue to Zermatt by train or taxi.
Please note that the hotel's main door closes at 22:00. After this hour, entrance is possible with a PIN code only. In case of late arrival (after 20:00), please contact the hotel latest one day prior to arrival to receive the PIN code.
