Important information
Key collection
When arriving in resort, you will need to collect the keys before you can access the property. The key collection point for this property may be at a different location to the apartment itself. Instructions will be provided in MyBooking before you travel.
Towels and linen
Linen and towels will be included, and will be in your apartment when you arrive.
Security deposit
This property requires a damage deposit of EUR200 to be paid by credit card (Visa/Mastercard) on arrival.
If you are due to arrive outside of the times above, the damage deposit will need to be paid to the keyholder before you travel.
Check-out details
The keys will need to be returned to the key holder before you leave resort.
Instructions will be provided in MyBooking before you travel.

Important information:
Please note that the full amount of the reservation is due before arrival. Interhome will send a confirmation with detailed payment information. After full payment is taken, the property's details, including the address and where to collect keys, will be emailed to you.
Please inform Chalet Ferienhaus Dr-Steiner in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
A damage deposit of EUR 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property.
