Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests must present the credit card used for the hotel booking and an ID upon arrival. If the cardholder is not present, the reservation will be confirmed only after the return of a signed debit authorization email. Please note that a credit card swipe will be required from all guests. Clients must pass at the reception before parking the car to get a ticket to stick on the windshield. The ticket must be visible from outside the vehicle. Please note that During Summer the reception is open between 06:00 and 23:00. Check in or check out is not possible between 23:00 and 06:00. Please note that During Winter the reception is open between 07:00 and 04:30. Check in or check out is not possible between 04:30 - 07:00.
