When ski resorts were shut down in March, we got our customers back to the UK safely and quickly. For our customers with cancelled holidays, we happily gave everyone a cash refund who wanted one.

We are a fully ATOL-bonded operator, which means that your holiday has full financial protection under the government-backed ATOL scheme. Whatever happens, your money is safe.
If the situation changes and we have to cancel your holiday, you can either move your holiday to a new date or take a full credit or cash refund.
You’ll see in our Trustpilot reviews that when we had to cancel all holidays earlier in the year, we looked after our customers brilliantly (we ♥ our customers!) and everyone who wanted a cash refund got one.
So you can be sure that if that happens again, your money is safe.
A team you can trust
We love our customers, and we love getting them to the mountains. On rare occasions though, things can go wrong. If that happens to you, you can be sure that our helpful Bristol-based team will fix it quickly.
Get locked down whilst you’re on holiday? We’ll get you home. Not happy with your accommodation? We’ll find a solution. We also have 24/7 support whilst you’re away.
Plans change, we get it. That’s why we have never charged amendment fees on any bookings.
Some of our partners, such as airlines, may charge change fees. We may have to pass these on to you in order to amend your booking. However, there will never be any administrative change fees charged by us.
Keep your deposit
Plan your ski holiday with confidence. For winter 2020-21, If your plans change and you don’t want to pay your balance eight weeks before departure, we’ll refund you your deposit in full as Ski Zoom credit, so you won’t be out of pocket.
When you are ready to get out on the slopes, or to the Alps in the summer, you can use that credit towards a new holiday.
